No-Show/Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that life happens, and unexpected events can occur that may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. However, if you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. We value your time and ours and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule for all of our clients.
- If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the FULL fee for the booked services. This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.
- Booking an appointment through our website, phone call, or email indicates that you understand and agree to our No-Show/Missed Appointment Policy.
